Near the busy roads theyll spend the weekend protecting, law enforcers line up for a friday evening roll call. Lots sure that people either stay home or they drive home safely with some type of designated driver program. Theyre kicking off the southeast wisconsin owi task forces Labor Day Weekend effort.
