When the Adver asked readers about social distancing issues they had experienced in Swindon shops, this North Swindon branch of the retail giant came up more often than any other and comments specifically highlighted problems from last weekend. But the company said this branch had not seen a high capacity of customers at that time. Shoppers said they felt anxious and unsafe when shopping there, that the Covid measures in place - like the queue outside - were not done well, and that their experiences had put them off shopping there in the future.
