Danbury native and Bethel High grad Abdullah Hasan has been offered a White House communication job. Hasan s story begins in India before he was born when his parents emigrated from India to the United States and settled in Danbury, where Hasan was born. He attended Hayestown Elementary School until second grade, when his family moved to Bethel, where he graduated from Bethel High in 2012. This will be Hasan s second go-round at the White House. At Bethel High, Hasan was the junior and senior class president and was named the World Language Honors Society head.
