Parcel distributor to take space at Exeter Logistics Park

A new 55,000 sq ft parcel distribution hub is set to be built at developer Stoford’s Exeter Logistics Park in East Devon. The commercial property developer has submitted two reserved matters planning applications to East Devon District Council, for two new building units on land at the former Hayes Farm, Clyst Honiton. They include the proposed construction of a c.55,000 sq ft parcel distribution service centre with integral office space on behalf of an end user, which has the potential to create up to 151 new jobs. The modern, bespoke facility has been designed to increase operational efficiency. It will minimise the number of vehicles required on site and reduce environmental footprint, whilst delivering the same employment level as a typically larger scale unit.
