The Main Hall laundry room ceiling tiles were broken, smashed and crumbled on the floor after Lingerie Ball Gardner, hosted by Birding Club on Saturday, April 13. Grace Cuddihy `26 and Edie Worrell `26, members of Birding Club and hosts of the Gardner, said they cleaned up the space until 2:30 a.m., not even thinking.
BĀDPHAYÁK, one of Grinnell College’s most popular student bands, kicked off the second week of classes with an open rehearsal and jam session in Bucksbaum Center for the Arts on Sunday, Jan. 28. For two consecutive weekends, student bands performed at separate Harris parties Arbitraitor and BĀDPHAYÁK at Halloween Harris and Spin the Clouds at Bird Harris instead of the events’ usual format of entertainment from a playlist for the entire night.
