The City of Chicago announced Thursday that they will be allowing fans back into the United Center at 25% capacity starting on May 7
th. That means that the last 2 home games of the season for the Hawks May 9
th and 10
th will be their first this season with fans in the stands. The first game with fans back in the stands will be the Bulls verse Boston Celtics game on May 7
th.
Fans will have to go through a pre-arrival health screening via an app. Mobile ticketing will be used and no bags will be allowed in the arena. Once in the arena Masks must be worn by any fan age 2 or older. Masks can be taken off only when actively eating or drinking. Social distancing measures will also be in place with fans seated in pods of 2 or 4 individuals. All concessions will be cashless to minimize contact points.
