Baby thrown into the river is a hoax. How thankful we are its a false report despite the fact its a huge waste of resources. They were shine a spotlight into the merrimack river. There were drivers in the river and searchers on the ground. And ambulances on stand by in case a babys body was pulled from the river. The report came from a woman in a nearby apartment complex and said she heard a baby crying and looked over and saw a man toss the baby into the river. Were learning that she was lying, investigators say, to police and fire officials. Officials do tell me theyre able to look at Surveillance Video in the area and determine that that did not happen.
