Norfolk police are looking for a missing 34-year-old woman. Police said Ulisicia Martin was last seen around 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 9th. She may be near Norfolk State University.
Ian Godbout, 42, and Rusty Wellman, 54, were last seen on Dec. 2 leaving on foot from the 2500 block of E. Washington Street around 12:30 p.m, police said.
