“It s not pleasant hearing the cars race past and all the dust and metal going everywhere, then we have to deal with the aftermath of our road when we return,” Allan told councillors at a recent council meeting. “The dust settles on our roof, goes into our drinking water, and we have to wash down our gardens.”
Supplied Allan said residents that live further down the road have no problem with the roading. “It’s just the first 3km that s the issue. “Our battle is not with the rally club, we just want our section of the road sealed, for the health and safety of our families, workers and others.”

of New Zealand (REINZ).
Despite this, the market
actually appears to be slowing. In April 2020 New Zealand
was under Level 4 lockdown restrictions, and the housing
market has heated up significantly since previous years. It
is no surprise that this year saw the busiest April in half
a decade.
Yet compared to March, April sales were down
by over 2,500.
