Cousin
Sympathy to my cousin Arthur Harris’s family. He passed away quietly on June 20. I will miss his messages to me and phone calls. He was so good to me when his Mom Elsie was sick, drove from Massachusetts to Maine to bring me back for a visit. I shall really miss him as he was living in Florida for the past few years. As cousins we were always close. Cherish your family, they are all you have.

Local school districts are making a final push for families to submit their Free Application for Federal Student Aid applications before the Maine State Grant deadline of May 1. Families can apply after May 1, but will not be eligible for the grant, which provides up to $1,500 in need-based aid.
