Italy recently banned OpenAI’s ChatGPT in the country due to privacy concerns. In addition to it, ChatGPT is unavailable in China, North Korea, Iran, Russia, Syria, Hong Kong and Cuba. In China, tech giant Baidu has launched its own ChatGPT-like version called Enhanced Representation of Knowledge Integration (Ernie) chatbot.
