Nigerian Court Remands Suspected Osun Cultist, Rashidi Oko-Ilu In Prison Over Alleged Killings

Chief Magistrate Olufemi Ayilara of Osogbo Magistrate Court has remanded a suspected cult member in Osun State, Hammed Rasheed, popularly known as Rashidi Oko-Ilu in Ilesha prison. The suspected cult member was charged with nine counts bordering on murder, unlawfully killing two persons, disruption of public peace, cultism and others by the police. He was charged with the death of Hassan Adedeji and one Idowu, aka Delta. He was also charged with the shooting of one Inspector Gbenga Eke.
