LUCAN BIDDULPH – Staff will present Lucan Biddulph’s 2021 municipal budget at the regular March 2 council meeting.
The draft budget for 2021 was included in council’s Feb. 16 agenda, and treasurer Kathryn Langendyk asked council and the public to review it and send any questions to her in preparation for a public meeting before the regular March 2 meeting.

The draft 2021 budget calls for a municipal tax levy increase of one per cent, Langendyk’s report notes. A one per cent levy increase to the municipal portion of the tax bill would mean an annual tax increase of $17.26, or $1.44 a month, to the average single family home in Lucan Biddulph assessed at $278,827.
