The accused has been identified as Anoop Singh who was posted as EHC at Escort Guard of the Haryana Police. Taking cognisance, the Commissioner of Gurugram Police terminated Anoop Singh from his service. According to the complaint, the man had repeatedly raped the teenager, following which she became pregnant. He also threatened the victim that she face dire consequences if she disclosed the incident to anyone.
