Houston news: An early-morning car break-in in Channelview led to a chase, a shootout and a body dumped near a school, according to Harris County Sheriff's Office.
A body was found in front of Harvey Brown Elementary in Channelview after officials say a homeowner chased down multiple suspects breaking into their car.
