The Centrale, a multifunctional complex by the Hungarian outfit Chain Bridge Ventures, will be developed at the Puskás Ferenc Stadion metro station. The 29,000 sqm project will provide service space, food and beverage outlets, an office center and a hotel at the residential and commuter hub.
The Centrale multifunctional building complex will be built at one of the city's main intermodal hubs, the Puskás Ferenc Stadion metro station in the middle of the Hungária körút office corridor, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
Hungary, and the region in general, is again seen as an increasingly attractive tourism and business destination. Guest nights have been on an upward trajectory; however, they are still below pre-pandemic levels, with the market negatively impacted by broader geopolitical, economic and financial concerns around demand, and rising development, labor and operational costs.
