Town looks to put extra $394,000 to repaving, new fuel depot
Workers on Monday repair a hole in the pavement in front of 90 Elena St. in North Providence which came about when the resident decided to connect to the sewer lines. David Tacelli, of the NPDPW, fills in the hole with a fill mixture known as a “cold patch,” which will hold up until a more permanent repair can be completed in warmer weather. NPDPW employee Joe Riccardi smooths the mixture with a shovel. (Breeze photos by Charles Lawrence)
