The drive-by shooting that took Se'cret's life also wounded three others, police have said. Se’Cret, who was a seventh-grade student at Milner Middle School in Hartford, was pronounced dead at 7 a.m. on Friday, April 21, having been shot the night before.
The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit had help from the state Department of Social Services Office of Quality Assurance and the New Britain Police Department, officials said.
