Hartford NAACP draws on community for ideas to end deadly violence going on for 'decades in our communities'

The drive-by shooting that took Se'cret's life also wounded three others, police have said. Se’Cret, who was a seventh-grade student at Milner Middle School in Hartford, was pronounced dead at 7 a.m. on Friday, April 21, having been shot the night before.
