Libya Fights £16M Arbitration Award Service At Top UK Court
Law360, London (December 15, 2020, 5:13 PM GMT) Libya urged Britain s highest court on Tuesday to rule that military defense conglomerate General Dynamics UK cannot skirt notification rules to enforce a £16.1 million ($21.5 million) arbitration award, arguing that state immunity rules should prevent the exception.
