Table Talk Pies ‘very close’ to completing deal with Boston Capital, national residential property manager, for facility at Kelley Square in Worcester

Table Talk Pies is “very close” to the finish line of an agreement to sell its Kelley Square facility to Boston Capital, a multifamily housing investment company, Table Talk Pies owner Harry Kokkinis told MassLive.
The deal, Kokkinis said Wednesday, isn’t complete but negotiations started months ago and Boston Capital has emerged as the favorite for the Worcester property.
“Boston Capital has emerged as the key player in this or the front-runner in these negotiations,” Kokkinis said. “They seem to be a good organization.”
