Mere minutes after being sworn in as a first-time trustee, Bird Rock resident Harry Bubbins was selected as the new La Jolla Community Planning Association president.
Ironically, at its first in-person meeting in three years, the La Jolla Community Planning Association discussed a possible avenue to return to online meetings.
