It all started around 9 30 last night on the 2700 block of contra loma boulevard. Officers were called there to investigate a shooting involving two victims. Police say a 22yearold man was pronounced dead at the scene. And a 23yearold man was transported to the hospital in stable condition. Police say both victims are from antioch.
