VALENTINE SHOPPING: A Valentine’s Day-themed shopping event will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 6 at First Baptist Church of Howland, 8957 E. Market St. The Sweetheart Shopping Event will be for anyone who needs unique gifts and products for themselves or their loved ones. Over 50 vendors are taking part. Free admission and free parking. All vendors at the event will be wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and adhering to all guidelines from the Trumbull County Combined Health District.
FINANCIAL LITERACY: Financial Literacy 101 with Charlotte Walker-Cloyd and Harrison Gilmer will be noon Saturday at 4 Summit St., Niles. The program will inform people how to save money, prevent late fees, lower interest rates and advance credit opportunities.

PANTRY DISTRIBUTION: Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley is collaborating with the Ohio National Guard to host a Traveling Food Pantry food distribution 10 a.m. Thursday at Yankee Lake, 1800 state Route 7 NE, Brookfield.
To partake in this zero-contact distribution, recipients’ trunks must be open and clear of all belongings. Their windows must be rolled up. Recipients must not exit their vehicle for any reason.
