BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - Like most of us, Biloxi Mayor Andrew âFofoâ Gilich is ready to put 2020 behind him. But despite a rough year, he sees a bright future for his city and shared that optimism at Tuesdayâs city council meeting.
âWith 16 days left in this year, the good news is we have survived 2020,â Gilich said.
The mayor singled out three events that give him optimism.
