Plymouth Councilman Alec Ryncavage declared victory in the Republican primary election for the 119th state House District against former WNEP-TV news anchor Tom Williams.
A Harrisburg-based political action committee called PA Opportunity and Jobs PAC contributed a total of $30,000 to three Republicans from Luzerne County running for state representative.
