Yesterday, police chief said one of the suspects in denvers death had implicated himself during questioning. 24 hours later, no one is in custody with montgomery being let out of jail. Earlier in the day, the second suspect in the stabbing had been set free. There have been conflicting reports as to who was responsible for the fight and why it ended so violently.
