The Harris County Sheriff s Office hopes a public tip will lead them to the driver who struck and killed a man on FM 529 at Barker Cypress Road in the pre-dawn hours of Christmas Day.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office says a man operating a sweeper truck in a store parking lot had gotten out of the vehicle to pick up some large debris when he was approached by someone who shot and killed him.
