MANHATTAN — Three generations of service to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York by a Watertown family were honored Tuesday at a dinner hosted by the agency.
WATERTOWN — Sometime during the winter of 1942-43, a soldier living here who would become a two-time winner of the Pulitzer Prize walked into the offices of the Watertown Daily
