James Harold Mosby, a 50-year-old man with schizophrenia who authorities say provoked a February shootout with Little Rock police, was cleared of criminal wrongdoing on Thursday after doctors found he was in the throes of his mental illness during the confrontation with law officers.
The encounter between Swifts and Brothers was called off 13 minutes before the regular finishing time after Bluebirds frontrower Luke O’Doherty was unable to move.
