Harold McNeil A Buffalo man who said he was shot in the bathroom of Club Marcella in December sued the Michigan Street business Monday for negligence. Samuel Merced Santiago, 30, alleged that he was attacked by three patrons of the club and shot in the thigh Dec. 3 in a lawsuit filed by Buffalo attorney Marc Shatkin of Muscato & Shatkin. Santiago is suing the club on the basis of negligently maintaining its premises, having negligent security and for negligent breach of its assumed duty.
