Love triangle blew up house in Milan in 1972

Love triangle blew up house in Milan in 1972 By Martha A. Churchill It was October 30, 1972, and Laurel Williams was tired of having two boyfriends. She apparently had her old boyfriend, Roy Curtis, living in the upstairs at 157 County Street. He was in bed trying to sleep. Her newer boyfriend, Frank St. Clair of Tennessee, apparently followed her request by pouring gasoline on Mr. Curtis. This would have worked better if St. Clair could have gotten out of the house faster. As it turned out, St. Clair’s remains were found, fully dressed, on the back porch, after the fire was put out, right where the porch roof had fallen down on him.
