Edmund Bartlett Upcoming additions to room stock for Jamaica include Oceans by H10 and Excellence Oyster Bay, both in Trelawny; ROK Hotel, the Wyndham and Terra Nova mixed-use development, all in Kingston; Sandals Negril and Princess Hotels, both in Negril; Sandals Whitehouse in St. Elizabeth; Sandals Royal Caribbean and Hotel Grand-A-View, both in Montego Bay; and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in St. James.

The development is to include several luxury hotels, world-class golf courses, a luxury spa, marina facilities, commercial developments, private residencies and other amenities, and is expected to cost some US$7.5 billion.
