Bengaluru-based electric vehicle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive is in a legal dispute with Harley-Davidson over the use of the X440 name for their new motorcycle. Ultraviolette claims that the name is too similar to their own X44 trademark, which was filed earlier. Hero MotoCorp, in collaboration with Harley-Davidson, filed the X440 trademark application after Ultraviolette.
