Uniindia: Gorakhpur, May 16 (UNI) Former cabinet minister and a political stalwart of eastern Uttar Pradesh Harishankar Tiwari passed away at his residence in Gorakhpur after prolonged illness on Tuesday. He was around 90 years old.
