Masuk Perkampungan, Harimau Sumatera Terkam 2 Ekor Kambing Ternak Warga : Okezone News

PEKANBARU- Kemunculan dua ekor harimau Sumatera (Panthera Tigris Sumatrae) yang memangsa hewan ternak telah meresahkan warga Dusun Tiga Desa Teluk Lanus Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak, Riau. Warga segera melaporkan kemunculan Si Datuk , julukan untuk harimau, ke pihak Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BBKSDA) Riau. BBKSDA pun segera pengirim tim ke lokasi. Kemunculan harimau ke pemukiman itu dilaporkan oleh kepada desa setempat atau penghulu, kata Kepala Bidang BBKSDA Wilayah II Riau, Heru Sutmantoro Minggu (27/6/2021). Dari keterangan di lokasi, bahwa ada dua ekor kambing yang diterkam harimau. Namun tidak seluruh tubuh kambing itu dimangsa Si Belang . Dua ekor kambing yang dimangsa berada kandang pada dua lokasi yang berbeda, imbuhnya.

Bandits Demand N350m To Release 77 Persons In Kaduna 0 likes 0 comments   Armed bandits have demanded N350 million as ransom before releasing 65 Adara natives abducted by armed bandits from Libera Gida, Kallah ward in Kajuru Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State. The kidnappers said they have 77 persons in their captivity, and that they could be released if the said amount of money is paid to them, according to the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU), spokesman, Luka Binniyat, in a statement. Binniyat explained that, “SOKAPU had earlier reported that 10 of the 65 abducted villagers were able to escape a day after they were kidnapped. Going by latest village headcount, 72 persons are being held by the kidnappers. They are made up of 16 males and 56 females.”

Going by the latest village headcount, 72 persons are being held by the kidnappers. They are made up of 16 males and 56 females.”

IGP, Alkali redeploys 2 DCPs, 14 Assistant Commissioners of Police, others

Daily Post Nigeria Published Monday Bala Kuryas has been redeployed as Commissioner of Police (CP), Anambra State Police Command. Kuryas is to be replaced by Christopher Owolabi. Alkali explained the deployment was part of ongoing efforts at re-ordering, overhauling, and strengthening the security and policing architecture in Anambra, South-East and South-South regions. In a statement, the Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, explained the redeployment will improve the operational efficiency of the Commands and enhance public safety and security. “In a similar vein, the IGP has ordered the posting of other strategic and tactical commanders within the zones,” he said.
