This position will be responsible for case management, preparing and responding to discovery, motion drafting, discovery depositions, hearing participations, and trial preparation. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Washington federal and state courts, statutes, and civil rules. Deposition and case management experience with product liability, class action, and complex litigation matters is desired. Candidates should have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and a demonstrated ability to work strategically and independently. Candidates must also be licensed in the state of Washington.
