we re back with the hardball round table. jonathan, tell me something i don t. 2018 midterm elections. yes. i ve noticed are a very dramatic change in the white house and top republicans on capitol hill. two weeks ago a lot of optimism. they were cautiously hopeful about the mid terms after the tax reform. now it s just pure fatalism there is an assumption now they re going to lose the house. is that why so many are quitting? i think that s part of it. i think a lot of these guys are seeing their internal polls. it s no fun being in the minority once you ve been in the majority. it s no fun. a lot of people are making post career plans. and you want to get out in your early 60s while there is still time to do something else in life. that s when they see the chance. vivian? a little history lesson. in 1775 benjamin franklin warned of german immigrants coming to the united states. he wanted them to be nowhere
