the air marshals i went to work for a private security contractor and it was an incredible place to be. all these s.e.a.l.s and special forces guys going all over the country doing threat assessments. this was in 2004. and we were doing that for homeland security. we were suggesting malls, theaters, schools, tall buildings, stadiums and arenas. with patdowns or what? there needs to be an awareness in the way things are done. if you have a security guard, they have to be aware of who is going in, where the soft areas are. a movie theater in itself is a soft target but where do the people congregate in the theater that s inside these areas where you actually watch the movie. at a stadium or arena i ve talked about on this station before, a stadium is a hard et. when you leave, everybody leaves at the same time and that creates a soft area outside of the stadium. these are things that we node to start looking at differently. we need to start looking at the way we respond to these thin
