A man had died after falling into Lake Ontario along Toronto’s Harbourfront Saturday morning
Toronto Police Const. Ed Parks said officers initially responded to reports of two people in the water at Queens’ Quay and Lower Simcoe St. around 8:18 a.m.

It’s believed the man fell into the water and a woman jumped in afterward in an attempt to save him.
Police were unsure of the relationship between the two.
