DIGHTON Dighton will soon have a new town clerk, and he s bringing with him a set of skills from the private sector he said he hopes will serve the town well.  The selectmen s recent choice to replace retiring town clerk Sue Medeiros is Mark Pacheco, a Taunton native who moved to Dighton only two years ago and is a property manager for the Harborside Condominiums, Mariner s Bay, Quincy. Pacheco, whose first day on the job is March 15, said he wasn t considering a career in municipal management until he recently saw the posting for town clerk.   But before that, he was already being drawn to learn more about what he could do for his new hometown.
