These men were arrested for murder. And only one of them is charged with attempted murder. And hes still being held in the Police Department at this hour. In the last hour and a half we saw jose lopez being led away in handcuffs. Police walked 23yearold jose lopez from the Police Department, we were on the ground to question him. What was the plan . He was rearrested on charges of throwing a deadly missile in a structure and use of a firearm as a felony. He was arrested within a week of the shooting, and was released on bond.
