Standard Chartered PLC - London-based lender - Head of human resources Tanuj Kapilashrami sells 32,058 shares at GBP4.89 each, netting GBP156,603 in total. Transaction occurred on Thursday and Kapilashrami s stake following sale was not disclosed.
Nichols PLC - Merseyside-based soft drinks maker and owner of Vimto brand - Chief Executive Officer Andrew Milne purchases 1,723 shares at 1,159 pence each, GBP19,970 in total. Milne s resulting interest is 3,388 shares, a nominal stake in the company.
