My amendment adds resolve clause to the resolution that expresses the support of the house to work with our partners in ukraine to improve transparency, combat corruption and protect individual rights through independent judiciary and strong rule of law. Making improvements in these areas will be crucial to longterm stability in ukraine and they are also the foundation which strong democratic governance is built.
