BARRE — A former dance instructor accused of sexually abusing his teenage students has been released from probation early, over the objection of the state’s attorney.
Some parents in Winnipeg's Point Douglas area want to know why the city hasn't opened a wading pool in the area to give kids a way to escape the heat that has blanketed southern Manitoba recently.
