Institute of Archaeology social media guru , Charlotte Frearson, relaunched the Institute s podcast playlist Parkaeology in 2020 during the first national lockdown. The more appropriate Parkaeology: Physically Distanced , given Covid-19 restrictions, the series involves informal interviews with Institute staff and students (both current and former) as well as UCL colleagues - short chats about education, life and what they can t be without in their homes!
In the next podcast of the series, Charlotte chats to Hannah Page, current PhD student at the Institute. Hannah undertakes research on ceramic technology from the early 2nd millennium CE in Uganda. Hannah gained both her BA in Egyptian Archaeology and MA in Artefact Studies at the Institute and is now coming to the end of her PhD.

Inspired Pet Nutrition (IPN), who produce Harringtons and Wagg, is celebrating after being accredited by Carbon Footprint Ltd as carbon negative. And the company has now launched its A Positive Pawprint project, with the ambition of becoming the most sustainable pet food manufacturer in the country. The project sets out a host of environmental goals, such as using more recycled packaging and green energy.
