FUNNY how everything is the people’s fault when we have an increase (“Covid: 967 positive cases amid warnings NHS will pay ‘cost’ of relaxed Christmas rules”, December 29). The people never stood in front of the camera telling you it was ok to mix. Masks no use, students from all over the world come here for study, schoolkids can’t spread it. These are all things we have been told in the past that were wrong. Not a word about all this – now we are blamed for having Christmas and last month they blamed the varied strains on holiday makers. Always the public’s mistakes, never a mention about the duff information.
