Lt. Gov. Husted visits C-TEC on signing day for high school sophomores

NEWARK This signing day was not for a multi-million-dollar professional sports contract or to announce a high school athlete’s selection of a college to play football or basketball.
Instead, it was the time high school sophomores from around Licking County made the decision to spend the next two years studying at Career and Technology Education Centers of Licking County.
Lt. Gov. Jon Husted toured C-TEC on Wednesday for signing day, when students hope to begin a path toward a good job and satisfying career or maybe to learn skills while they explore their employment and education options.
