The board has now officially yanked the day parole that a previous panel gave to the chronic road menace despite Simeunovich having served only two years of his seven-year, nine-month sentence for severely injuring another driver in yet another of his speeding sprees.
Just 42 days after his release on Sept. 29, 2020, the Oshawa man who is under three lifetime driving bans was arrested and charged with 22 counts of driving while prohibited, dangerous operation and drive motor vehicle while suspended after he was allegedly seen speeding in an orange Corvette and running a red light.
