Creative spaces inside funky 70-year-old muraled warehouses on Northwest First Avenue will begin coming down in August, clearing the way for a project that will try to balance housing, hospitality and art.
Restaurateur Anthony Bruno will shut down his Anthony's Runway 84 restaurant on May 12 in a $3 million transformation to turn the 40-year-old Italian eatery from an old-school dining room with airplane motifs into a sleek supper club.
Also open: Gelato & Co., Fort Lauderdale and Wow Wing House in Tamarac. Meanwhile, coming soon are Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar in Boca Raton and The SoSo in West Palm Beach.
